We had hired another company to exterminate bed bugs in our rental property. This company sprayed but were never able to rid our home of the bed bugs even after 6 visits. We called Bennett Termite and Dean came to inspect the home the next day. He explained why the bed bugs were still present. Bennetts came the following day and heated the home. They followed up with the dog inspecting the home to ensure no bed bugs were present. So, don’t hire the companies that spray and pray the problem goes away. Instead, call Bennett Termite and they will be able to provide the heat treatment (no chemical all green) to ensure the problem goes away-period.

Your Review: (5 Stars)Please NOTE: Mike Pryor was the technician that completed our quarterly service on 11/16/22 (not Kevin Burton as indicated above, however, Kevin has done a wonderful and thorough job for us in the past I believe!) MIKE PRYOR did not miss a thing! He listened to our recent issue of ants due to a slow leak discovered under our kitchen sink. He addressed that area again as well as all areas requested both inside and out. He made suggestions and asked questions to ensure we all were on the same page and satisfied. He addressed all items on the property as expected. He also reminded us to please call should we have any issues at all. This is the customer service AND the expertise (our first and only ant issue in 2.5 years since being with Bennett was 1 and done!). Thank you Mike.

First review: I am so sorry I was not here when Michael came to do the service on my dehumidifier. I gave a 4 stars not to fault him, but to question the integrity of the dehumidifier I purchased from Bennet's last year. Michael states in his report that the pump was clogged, and I am wondering how it came to be clogged. I am also wondering why the humidity has not gone back down in the crawl space to the specified range, which I understand to be 55-60 percent. My AcuRite is showing it currently at 67 percent.Two days later: the technician got back to me to explain the situation more fully and to assure me that the humidity would go back in range once the dehumidifier had time to eliminate the water that had accumulated around it. In a day's time, it did. I appreciated this swift follow-up.

When by chance I encountered some one from the Shore the talk always turned to the food followed by the ferocity of the mosquito's.
