Bruce called ahead to let me know when he would arrive. He shared his background in construction —which was very reassuring. He thoroughly checked the areas of the house that would be included in the estimate, including going into the crawl space. Then he carefully reviewed the term of the contract. I can understand why Bennett Termite and Pest Solutions has such a good reputation!
