I contacted Bennett recently for carpenter ants in my house. I spoke to Pam in the office who immediately dispatched Bruce to my home. Bruce did an inspection and confirmed the problem and spoke to Pam about expediting treatment. Will the technician was dispatched the next day and did a thorough spraying of my property inside, outside and crawl space. Will also answered all my questions and was very patient with me. The owner Dean visited me 5 days later to ease my mind about if further treatment might be needed as I was going to be out of town for 4 weeks.If you are looking for a company that values you as a customer, look no further, all Bennett team members go above and beyond for you !!!! Thank you to Pam, Bruce, Will and Dean for the urgency you showed in helping me solve my carpenter ants problem!!

We would highly recommend Bennett Termite and Pest Solutions. They went above and beyond to help us with termite treatment and moisture in our crawl space. While we were rehabbing the exterior of our home, we discovered multiple issues with the existing conditions. Dean Bennett completed an inspection and had a team onsite within a week to treat our home, encapsulate our crawl space and install dehumidifiers to prevent future moisture issues. His quick response allowed us to move forward with our project without any delays. The team was professional and addressed all our questions. Thank you, Dean, for helping us out is such short notice and we are very satisfied with the finished work. We look forward to being a customer for many years moving forward.

After a quick call to the Bennett Termite office, Pam was able to quickly identify my reason for calling and schedule a service call with Justin. My experience with each person at Bennett Termite has always resulted in my feeling that my needs were important and the goal was 100% satisfaction.At the conclusion of my service, I was able to receive a clear summary of the service performed on my crawl space dehumidifier equipment. My need for encapsulation service 8 years ago with Bennett Termite is still a great investment for my home and family.
