Bennett is great from the spray technicians who has come to service my house & the office staff & sales are wonderful. We've had to reschedule a couple of times due to my schedule and there was no problem. They really try to accommodate their clients needs and the spray technicians truly do a thorough and careful job to keep your home & pets safe. Thanks Bennett!

Mike, was exceptionally friendly, polite and professional. He explained what he was going to do today and asked if I had any questions. Bennett has been great. I had a pest problem developing and they were quick to come out, diagnose the problem, and treat the problem areas with little impact to my home or pets. My normal technician, Kevin, has been awesome. He's extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. Can't ask for anything more. Thanks Kevin and Bennett!

First time user of Bennett here in Ocean Pines. Very good service. Was having trouble getting back to the house in time to meet Jacob. Jacob was very accomodating and gracious. You can usually teach an individual a skill but personal, customer relations skills come naturally.

I highly recommend this business for any pest control. Mark Langton was the professional that came to our residence. Not only was he a very nice person but he went above and beyond the call of duty ( believe me his work was cut out for him!). He explained everything he was doing and explained what he was doing every step of the way. We had a ton of questions and he was patient enough to answer everything without hesitation. If I could give 10 stars I would!!!

Bennett exterminators has been so accommodating and accessible throughout my “ant journey”. With just buying a vacant fixer upper and working through construction and removing numerous trees - we weren’t making the ants very happy! We disrupted their numerous colonies and they were everywhere. They assured me at my first appointment that if I had any issues to call them and they would take care of it - and they did. Robert was just out this last weekend for my first yard spray because - you guessed it - ants all in the yard and plants (but not in the house). He explained what he was going to do since I was concerned with my dogs and everything worked out great. Prices are fair and customer service is even better.

I have the home/yard package. My yard gets sprayed once a month for mosquito's and ticks and my house gets sprayed for ants, spiders etc, quarterly. So far, I have neither spiders, ants or of course termites.R. Bowen came out the to the house for my July spray, 7/16/20. Robert came to the door, introduced himself and double checked to see what ares needed sprayed for the yard spray. Robert explained that I would need to keep my dogs inside for about an hour while the chemical dried. He suggested that I let dogs out to do their thing while we spoke. He was very good with the dogs, too.Later, Robert came to the door to ask if we had mice. I said no, but then changed that to yes, as I remembered that at some point we had them in the garage.Robert showed me the empty traps that he pulled from under the house and explained that the traps hold chemicals that dehydrate the mice and force them to leave the house in search of water. Then he refilled the traps and explained where he would be placing them under the house. Robert then placed several traps in the garage, as well.Robert finished his house inspection and then sprayed the yard.With anything I asked, his response was "of course, what ever you need".After the yard was sprayed, Robert came back to the house, once again, to let me know he had completed the yard spray and to remind me again not to let the dogs out for about an hour.We chatted for a few minutes about a little bit of everything. Robert was such a friendly and personable guy.This was very nice young man with so much ambition, professionalism and great work ethic.You don't really know how much the front line makes or breaks a company. This man was the perfect employee.I hope that Robert is permanently assigned to my house.I love this company!M. Eckman

I have been using Bennetts for many years, have always had good service. never a bad experience, but i must say i was disappointed today when my regular tech Lisa didn't come. i asked the man where she was and he said she moved onto sales. Good for you. dean I'm not sure how you get such good people, but Mike Morrisson was my tech today....he was excellent and he to is an asset to your team!!!!!!

We had an problem that needed a quick response and treatment plan. Bennett Termite & Pest Control met all of our needs. They responded to our needs with the urgency that we needed. The service tech arrived when they said he would. His name was Wally Robey and he treated my house quickly even asking if I had any specific concerns or pest problems he needed to treat. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!! We purchased a home in Ocean City, MD that needed to have an inspection and remediation. Bennett handled our call promptly and came out to determine the extent of the problem. They performed the heat treatments required and arranged for a special certification. Our neighborhood has had a termite scare, with several infestations. After reading all the great reviews for Bennett, we chose them to inspect for peace of mind. Robert came out within two days, was very nice and very professional, and inspected for free (!!!). Luckily we don't have any termites, but Robert showed me exactly what to look for, and I will definitely call Bennett if any issues every arise. Highly recommend, a company that seems to pride themselves on honesty and customer service.

I contacted Bennett Termite because I had become friends with the Bennett family. After sharing my concerns with them, Dean and Tom came to our home and gave us a very thorough inspection. Termites were not found, however, a serious moisture problem was discovered that was already beginning to cause issues in our crawl space. The very next day, a team showed up and began removing the old insulation. A phone call preceded each visit, which gave us time to plan and make preparations as needed. In a friendly gesture and completely unexpected, one worker took the time to save some of our plants that otherwise would have been destroyed during the spraying process. All subcontractors were extremely polite and informative. A full encapsulation was done. Within an hour of leaving, an inspector was sent to give a final analysis and make sure all of our questions were answered, including warrantees. He made sure that we were pleased with all of the finished work. We would highly recommend any homeowner or business to take advantage of the courtesy and professionalism extended to my family from Bennett Termite!

Wanted to share how great this company is especially John Kerr. He was doing our termite treatment in our community and I waved him down as he was driving out...I was home by myself waiting for my daughter to get off the bus and out comes a snake from my front bush! They do not handle snakes but without hesitation John removed the snake for me. Not only that he explained he will be back to install bates in the ground that are not toxic and even showed me an example so I would know what to expect. Thank you John for going above and beyond and thank you Bennett’s for hiring such wonderful staff!

Dean Bennett and his company are amazing!!!! We recently had a brief but potentially disastrous swarmer event at our restaurant in Lewes. Our landlord was not as responsive as needed to ensure a minimal impact to our customers and our reputation. After calling Bennett’s at 4pm on a Saturday, the owner himself, Dean Bennett called personally, dropped everything and he and his team of professionals were at our restaurant at 7AM Sunday morning!!!!! Now how about that for service??? Amazing. After a thorough and extremely comprehensive treatment, we were given a complete debrief as to what to expect and his confidence that the expansive treatment was successful and should eradicate the issue. So, if you’re ever in need of either proactive or reactive pest services, I strongly encourage you to contact Bennett Termite and Pest to see and experience first hand their exemplary service level!

I would like to share my experience with Bennett company. I first contacted Bennett to have them to do a termite treatment. I found out that the treatment/chemical that was used for home inspection/settlement, would only be effective for a year.House was treated and it’s checked once a year for termites. I then contacted Bennett when I started having trouble with ants. They came out treated for ants. Good results no problem with ants.This year 2019 when Bennett’ tech Troy Hall came out to do termite inspection he found that my crawl space encapsulation was failing. I had this encapsulation installed by another local company. That company insisted that I only needed one sump pump and no dehumidifier. I asked more than once are you sure that the crawl space should have another sump pump on the other side of house. No No No No! Well guess what? According toBennett I needed a second sump pump. They also suggested that I should install a dehumidifier to get the humidity in check. At the same time I was having a fence installed on my property. I told Troy that I would be contacting him as soon as fence was finished. I did have the original company that had installed the encapsulation to look at crawl space. They did now recommend another sump pump on back side of house. This would be done at my cost, and no mention of repairing damage that had been done by that company’s incompetence. It was what I thought was a inflated price. I just did not want topay more money to company that had not done the initial job correctly. I thought the price that Bennett quoted was fair and less costly than other quotes. I TRUSTED BENNETT!I can not say enough about how well I was treated by Bennett. Starting with Troy Hall who was courteous enough to tell me I had a failing encapsulation. He was honest, courteous, reliable. He made sure I knew what they were going to do to correct situation.I was always called and made aware of who was coming to work and what they would be doing. Many phone calls/text messages were made on Troy Hall’s own time.I know this is a lengthy review. I thought i needed to give some background on my history with Bennett. Entire staff had always been friendly, professional and prompt with questions, service.Thanks BennettWish I could give Bennett 10 stars

We brought back bed bugs from a family trip in June of 2018. We contacted a local treatment company who suggested chemical over heat to get rid of the bugs. Two treatments and months later, we still had bed bugs. We were beside ourselves on what to do since the other company made us think heat wouldn't be as effective and would be a big pain. We are glad we looked elsewhere. February 2019 - The heat treatment was actually much easier to prepare for and handle leaving for. Dean and the guys from Bennett were easy to communicate with, punctual, did a thorough and clean job. After the treatment we found the bed bugs, dead!! We never found dead bugs after the chemical treatments. We opted for the canine inspection just for added piece of mind, which was all good, and we are starting to feel comfortable being in our own bedroom again. Thank you Bennett for your fast service, effective treatment and for coming up our way. The Buss Family.

I recommend Bennett Termite and Pest Solutions. I called them up set a appointment to have the salesperson to talk to me and explain the service they offer. The sales person Neal called the next day to set up a time. he was out the next day he was very knowledgeable answered all my questions. Signed up for Service on a Monday and they came on Wednesday to perform the service. Lisa came out to perform the service very nice and friendly explained what she was going to do. Everyone I talked to was very friendly. If you need Termite service or pest give them a call.

I have dealt with Bennett for a few years now. I started with foundation termite pre-treatments for custom homes which I built and then had them treat my home and ultimately switched to a quarterly plan with them.They are like clockwork and call me every quarter to let me know they will be out the next day and ask if I have had any issues. With three small dogs I always had problems with flea infestations, but not since I started with them. They are all great people to deal, always willing to help and very fair in their pricing. I highly recommend Bennett Termite & Pest Solutions!
