My estimator came out explained everything on the process for treating termites. He put me at ease with all his knowledge. Matt from your company came out on 05/03/2023 to service my unit under my house. He discovered that a piece attached to the unit was not working and that it had to be replaced. We just bought a home and found bed bugs in one of the bedrooms. After freaking out and doing quite a bit of research, I found that dogs are the best way of detecting the bugs and heat is the best way of treating. Bennett does both, so I called and Patrick came out. He did an excellent job of explaining the process and got us on the schedule right away. Now we have piece of mind and can enjoy our new home knowing that it is bug free thanks to Patrick and the team at Bennett.

I was not charged for the estimate which was great and I didn't feel pressured by the sales associate. He was very laid back but to the point focused on how their service would help my pest issues.
