New customer in Delaware. Dave was my technician and exceeded my expectations.They were able to come out almost immediately and get me started. I requested an extra service. They made me aware that it was probably not necessary at this point, but went above the written contract to meet my needs.Quarterly outdoor treatments with an initial interior treatment. Set up traps in potential high traffic areas. "Dusted" away spiders up to 12 feet high. Includes touch ups between treatment if needed.Dave was extremely personable.

This is a great company to work with…. I have two different techs over the last two years - Bobby and Donny who are the best. They are polite , respectful, and through in getting the job done. True professionals. I’m glad to see someone still values customer service in this area. Dean being a veteran has trained his team the right way. Not only is the customer service excellent, the product works very well… the only bugs I see in the perimeter of my home are dead ones! Highly recommend Bennett with no reservations. Thank you.

I have been using Bennette for quarterly services for many years. They call prior to the day they are coming out. They send a picture of the technician who will arrive. Their service providers are always friendly and professional, checking with me on the services I may need. The service provider works thoroughly, stopping at my door before leaving. I can call anytime between services if I have a problem and Bennette will send somebody out to solve the issue. I highly recommend them.

Will was very friendly and explained to me what he was going to do today. Told me to please leave my dogs in for two hours giving the spray time to dry. Did his work in a professional way. The company should be proud to have an employee that loves his job.

Bennett is the "Go-To" firm for pest control. their methods work. I was born on the DELMARVA peninsula many years ago, but left to roam over the world. When by chance I encountered some one from the Shore the talk always turned to the food followed by the ferocity of the mosquito's. Bennett was recommended by good soul, and those dam pest did not stand a chance. A great business.

One in particular, a young lady, Lisa Mace, stands out amongst them all! She arrives on time, knows your name, knows her job, and is extremely thorough. Lisa Mace is the most employee of them all!
