Myron has treated our home the past 3 quarterly services and also performed the annual termite inspection today. He is always on time and calls ahead once on his way, per our request. Myron comes to your door and discusses all needs (old/new) and what services he will be providing. He is professional and thorough. He ends his service with a knock on your door and reviews all services and items addressed and any issues found and how he treated them. He communicates well with the customer and represents Bennett Termite and Pest Solutions well. We continue to have no real issues as a result of Bennett Termite and Pest Solutions program AND Myron's expertise!

Will did a great job inspecting the property. Very knowledgeable,professional, and friendly. I was also impressed that he put booties on his shoes entering the house, and even turned out lights and closed doors after completing the basement inspection. Will is a real asset to your company!

i have dealt with Bennett Termite & Pest Solutions since 2017. Robert Trout in sales has been to my house several times. Due to his knowledge and professional approach I have given my business to Bennett for all termite matters. Recently he returned to my house to discuss mosquito and tick control. As expected he provided an honest appraisal that required a different approach for my property requirements than Bennett Termite could satisfy. This is exactly why Bennett gets my business. The sale is not the mission, it is a satisfied customer. I do not hesitate to recommend Bennett Termite for pest solutions.
